Today is the trade deadline, and the first move that the Bruins made today was trading defenseman Derek Morris to the Phoenix Coyotes for a fourth round draft pick in 2011. This is a scratch my head deal for me but maybe the Bruins are looking to bring in a defenseman to fill his spot. Also seeing some TSN analysts talk about this trade, it seems the Bruins almost traded him earlier and he thought he was on his way out and seems, according to the TSN guys talking, the Bruins told him that they wouldn't be resigning him after the season anyways.
