Not the Seguin-Hall show as Bruins beat Oilers

Sunday night the Bruins played at the Edmonton Oilers and won 3-2. A lot were saying it would be Tyler Seguin vs Taylor Hall but it didn't turn out that way. Hall had 0 points, was a -2, with 2 PIMs, and 0 shots in almost 20 minutes of ice time. Seguin played only 9:32, had 0 points, was a -1, and had 2 shots.

In the first period, Michael Ryder (17th goal) and Nathan Horton (17th goal) scored to give the Bruins a 2-1 lead.

In the second period, Rich Peverley scored his first goal as a Bruin, his 15th goal of the season.

The Oilers would score a goal in the third period but couldn't tie the game up. The game ended 3-2 Bruins.

Tuukka Rask was in net and made 15 saves on 17 shots. Rask is now 8-11-1, with a 2.80 GAA, and a .917 save percentage.

The Bruins led the game in shots 40-17 and faceoff wins 34-25. The Oilers led the game in hits 37-24. Both teams had 14 blocked shots.
