The Bruins have assigned forward Jordan Caron down to Providence (AHL). Caron hasn't played in the last few games and the Bruins don't play again until Thursday so sending Caron down is probably mainly to get him some playing time. Or it could be that the Bruins are sticking with Benoit Pouliot for that last open forward spot. Caron has played in 4 games and has 0 points, is -2 and had 2 shots.
