Shawn Thornton talks with Canucks columnist

Thanks to CSNNE, here's a video clip of CSNNE's Mike Felger chatting with Mike Gallagher of Vancouver's The Province and Shawn Thornton joins in on the conversation about Saturday's Canucks-Bruins game and Dale Weise chickening out of a fight.

It's funny that even a Vancouver reporter thinks the Canucks have no toughness. "How can you be so hated when you have no toughness?"

Turns out Weise actually was trying to fight McQuaid:

Yea sure he was. That's a good excuse. Strange that you believe Marchand when he talks about this Thornton-Weise incident but when he said he was protecting himself from Salo you say he's lying.

To all saying that Shawn Thornton never fought three times in a period but point out he actually did in a preseason game on Sep 12, 1999 but somehow it doesn't count, what are you smoking? How doesn't it count? Oh because it's Shawn Thornton, that's why. Hilarious.

Plus, Thornton has fought twice in games so many times I'm not going to count all of them, check out his entire fight card here where you can see he's fight much tougher guys than Weise more than once in a game: http://dropyourgloves.com/Fights/FightCard.aspx?Player=4938

Thornton is tougher than the whole Canucks team combined, even 7 of them couldn't take him down. Enough, you're just jealous you don't have him on your team.
