Bruins picks in 2013 NHL Entry Draft

The 2013 NHL Entry Draft was held on Sunday and with the Bruins having no first-round draft picks, it wasn't really an exciting draft for Bruins fans. Here are the Bruins draft selections from today.

Round 2, 60th overall pick, the Bruins selected defenseman Linus Arnesson. Arnesson is 6'1" 179lbs and from Stockholm, Sweden.
In 31 games with Djurgarden this season, the blueliner earned an assist and racked up eight penalty minutes. With the Djurgarden Junior team, Arnesson registered one goal and three assists with 22 penalty minutes in 13 appearances. The 18-year-old defenseman also skated in all six games for Sweden in the World Junior Championships in Ufa, Russia, where the team placed second and earned a silver medal.

Round 3, 90th overall pick, the Bruins selected forward Peter Cehlarik. Cehlarik is 17-years old, 5'10" 168lbs and from Slovakia.

Round 4, 120th overall pick, the Bruins selected forward Ryan Fitzgerald. Fitzgerald is 18 years old, 5'10" 170lbs and from North Reading, MA. Fitzgerald is the son of former Bruin Tom Fitzgerald.

Round 5, 150th overall pick, the Bruins selected defenseman Wiley Sherman. Sherman is 18-years old, 6'6" 196lbs and from Greenwich, Connecticut.

Round 6, 180th overall pick, the Bruins selected forward Anton Blidh. Blidh is 6'0" 184lbs and from Sweden.

Round 7, 210th overall pick, the Bruins selected forward Mitchell Dempsey. Dempsey is 18-years old, 6'3" 210lbs and from Cambridge, Ontario.
