Patrick Roy's hot Avs shutout Bruins 2-0

On Thursday night the hot Colorado Avalanche came into Boston with their new coach Patrick Roy and with solid goaltending from Jean-Sebastien Giguere they shutout the Bruins 2-0.

Quick game summary
In the first period, Avs Ryan O'Reilly scored a power-play goal, making it 1-0 Avs.

In the second period, no scoring happened. During the period, Avs giant enforcer Patrick Bordeleau and Bruins Shawn Thornton dropped the gloves and had a short fight with Bordeleau losing his balance.
