Bruins don't show up, lose to Islanders 3-1

Giving up odd man rushes, getting a good goaltending performance, playing good defense and capitalizing on your chances, no that's not describing the Bruins, but it's describing how the Islanders played against the Bruins Saturday night. Oh and if you thought that maybe Thomas Vanek wouldn't be a "Bruins killer" anymore because he got traded away from the Sabres, you are wrong as he recorded a goal and an assist, and was +3.
