First game after Olympic break, Bruins lose to Sabres

On Wednesday the Bruins got back to work in their first game after the Olympic break. The game didn't end the way the Bruins wanted it to as they blew a 4-3 lead late in the third period and then were beat in the first minute of overtime to come away with only one point in the standings.

Quick game summary
In the first period, Sabres Zemgus Girgensons scored, making it 1-0 Sabres. Later, Bruins Chris Kelly scored his 5th goal of the season, tying the game 1-1.

In overtime, only 22 seconds into the period, Sabres Matt D'Agostini scored, winning the game 5-4 for the Sabres.

Game notes
Backup goalie Chad Johnson played in net for the Bruins and made 21 saves on 26 shots. Johnson is now 11-3-1 with a 2.31 GAA and a .917 save percentage this season.

The Bruins led the game in shots 33-26 and faceoff wins 31-24. The Sabres led the game in hits 14-7 and blocked shots 18-3. The Bruins went 2-for-4 on the power-play while the Sabres went 1-for-5.
