Bruins win 11th straight game, shutout Avalanche 2-0

Game summary video of the Bruins @ Avalanche game on March 21, 2014.
On Friday night the Bruins visited the Colorado Avalanche and they didn't slow down one bit as they came away with a 2-0 shutout of the Avs with backup goalie Chad Johnson stopping everything he faced.

Quick game summary
In the first period, Bruins Patrice Bergeron scored his 21st goal of the season, making it 1-0 Bruins. A few minutes after the Bergeron goal, Avs Cody McLeod followed Bruins Gregory Campbell up the ice and challenged him to fight, even with Bruins Shawn Thornton out on the ice at the same time. Even though Campbell would be facing a bigger and more experienced fighter in McLeod, he still dropped the gloves and went at it with him. Campbell did well against the veteran fighter McLeod but he also took a few punches from McLeod. Campbell even took some late shots with the linesmen trying to get in. Decision to McLeod in that one but he wins no respect in that fight.

In the second period, Bruins Carl Soderberg scored his 13th goal of the season, a power-play goal, making it 2-0 Bruins.

In the third period, no scoring happened.
