Bruins open road trip with 3-2 loss to Ducks

Last night the Bruins visited the Anaheim Ducks and came away with a 3-2 loss. They had good chances but couldn't finish them or were stopped by the great goaltending by Ducks Frederik Andersen.

Quick game summary
In the first period, no scoring happened.

In the second period, Bruins Brad Marchand scored his 6th goal of the season, making it 1-0 Bruins. Less than a minute later, Ducks Sami Vatanen scored, tying the game 1-1. Later, Ducks Devante Smith-Pelly scored, making it 2-1 Ducks.

In the third period, Ducks Matt Beleskey scored, making it 3-1 Ducks. Later, Bruins Simon Gagne scored his 2nd goal of the season, making it 3-2.
