Bruins waste chances and lose 5-3 to Stars

On Tuesday, Bruins fans made the game despite the snowy weather, but it's too bad the Bruins players didn't show up as the Dallas Stars outplayed the Bruins and beat them 5-3.

In the first period, Stars Antoine Roussel got a game misconduct for crosschecking Bruins Adam McQuaid in the neck after McQuaid hit him. Video of the incident is below. Later, Stars Vernon Fiddler scored a short-handed goal, making it 1-0 Stars. Later, Bruins David Krejci scored his 7th goal of the season, tying the game 1-1. Later, Stars Jamie Benn scored, making it 2-1 Stars. Later, Stars Jamie Benn again scored, making it 3-1 Stars.

In the third period, Stars Erik Cole scored an empty-net goal, making it 5-3 Stars.

Game notes
Niklas Svedberg started the game and played only the first period as Tuukka Rask played the rest of the game. Svedberg made 7 saves on 10 shots. Rask made 20 saves on 21 shots and got the loss, as he is now 23-14-7 this season.
