Bruins moves at trade deadline 2014

On Monday the NHL trade deadline went down and the Bruins made a few moves which brought in new players but they also lost a few players. Here's what happened for the Bruins on trade deadline day.

The Bruins waived forward Craig Cunningham and the Arizona Coyotes claimed him.

The Bruins traded their 2nd round draft pick in 2015 and their 2nd round draft pick in 2016 to the Tampa Bay Lightning for forward Brett Connolly.

The Bruins traded forward Jordan Caron and their 6th round pick in the 2016 NHL Entry Draft to the Colorado Avalanche for forwards Maxime Talbot and Paul Carey.

The Bruins traded forward Jared Knight to the Minnesota Wild for forward Zack Phillips.

Bad news
Today it was announced that forward Brett Connolly will miss 6 weeks due to a displaced fracture in his right index finger that he sustained during practice today.
