Bruins take too many penalties, lose 3-2 to Predators

On Monday night the Bruins fell to the Nashville Predators 3-2 in a game they could have won but they took too many penalties which tired them out and they had too many defensive miscues once again.

Quick game summary
In the first period, Bruins Kevan Miller scored his 2nd goal of the season, making the score 1-0 Bruins. Later, Predators Roman Josi scored a power-play goal, tying the game 1-1.

In the second period, Bruins Brad Marchand dropped the gloves with Predators Roman Josi and had a short fight after they wrestled each other in the corner. Less than three minutes later, Bruins Tyler Randell dropped the gloves with Predators Eric Nystrom and proceeded to lay a beating on Nystrom. Later, Bruins Loui Eriksson scored his 10th goal of the season, a power-play goal, making the score 2-1 Bruins. Less than a minute later, Predators Roman Josi scored a power-play goal, tying the game 2-2.

In the third period, Predators Viktor Arvidsson scored, making the score 3-2 Predators.

Game notes
Jonas Gustavsson played in net and made 30 saves on 33 shots. Gustavsson is now 5-2-0 with a 2.57 GAA and a .908 save percentage this season.
