Wild go wild on Bruins

With Bruins goalies Tuukka Rask (undisclosed injury) and Anton Khudobin (upper body injury) out of the lineup tonight, Providence Bruins goalies Malcolm Subban and Zane McIntyre were called up and dressed for this game. Unfortunately both goalies were brought into the game but they didn't play that great and the Bruins defense faltered once again. David Backes was also out of the lineup with an undisclosed injury. This is going to be a rough season.

Quick game summary
In the first period, no scoring happened. Bruins rookie Tim Schaller dropped the gloves with Wild Zac Dalpe and they had a short fight with no clear winner. It was Schaller's first NHL fight.

Malcolm Subban started the game, played only 30:36 because he was pulled after allowing the third goal in the second period. Subban made 13 saves on 16 shots and got the loss. Zane McIntyre would finish the rest of the game, making 15 saves on 17 shots.

The Bruins led the game in hits 26-16. The Wild led the game in shots 33-27, 53% faceoff percentage and blocked shots 16-8. The Bruins went 0-for-3 on the power-play while the Wild went 1-for-4.

David Backes, Joe Morrow and Tuukka Rask were scratched for the Bruins.
