Flyers beat Bruins in shootout

Flyers goalie Steve Mason led the Flyers to a 3-2 shootout win over the Bruins last night.

Today Bruins GM Don Sweeney announced that defenseman John-Michael Liles has been diagnosed with a concussion and will be out of the Bruins lineup indefinitely. Liles sustained the concussion in the first period of the Bruins vs Lightning game on November 27th.

Tonight, the Bruins had a two-goal lead vs the Tampa Bay Lightning in the second period but couldn't hang onto it as the Lightning tied it up in the third period. The game would go to a shootout where Bruins Riley Nash and Jimmy Hayes, both who haven't done much this season so far, scored in the shootout (Hayes with the game-winner) to give the Bruins a win over the Lightning.

Rask leads Bruins to another win

Tonight Bruins goalie Tuukka Rask once again showed that he is the Bruins MVP so far this season as he led the Bruins to a 2-1 win over the Florida Panthers. With this win, Rask remains undefeated this season at 5-0-0.

Quick game summary
