On Sunday, Bruins GM Don Sweeney announced that the Bruins signed forward Jesse Gabrielle to a 3-year entry-level contract.

Gabrielle was drafted by the Boston Bruins in the 2015 draft in the 4th round, he was the 105th overall pick. He was born in Edmonton, Alberta and according to nhl.com, Gabrielle is 5'11" tall and 204lbs. Gabrielle is considered to be a gritty forward that is an agitator and has some offensive skills. Gabrielle has said that he wants to play like Brad Marchand which should make Bruins fans like him more.

"When I saw Marchand for the first time, watching him throughout his career here, I instantly fell in love with the way that he played," said Gabrielle. "That's kind of the way that I want to play. I'm not a bigger guy… He's got a great skill set, that's kind of what I've got to work on. The way that he plays on edge is what I like about him."
