Bruins defense falls apart, lose to Predators

Tonight the Bruins showed that when they play bad team defense, it doesn't matter who is in net, you won't win games, as they fell 5-3 to the Nashville Predators.

Game notes
Anton Khudobin started the game in net but after allowing a the fourth goal, he was pulled in the second period and Tuukka Rask came in and played the rest of the game. Khudobin made 10 saves on 14 shots. Khudobin got the loss and is now 7-1-2 with a 2.53 GAA and a .922 save percentage this season. Rask made 10 saves on 11 shots, and now has a 2.62 GAA and a .906 save percentage this season.

The Bruins led the game in shots 40-25 and hits 19-15. The Predators led the game with a 54% faceoff percentage and blocked shots 22-14. The Bruins went 1-for-3 on the power-play while the Predators went 0-for-2.

David Pastrnak and Zdeno Chara led the Bruins with 5 shots each. Zdeno Chara and Charlie McAvoy led the Bruins with 3 hits each. Tim Schaller led the Bruins with 3 blocked shots.

David Backes got his 500th NHL point, with an assist on Zdeno Chara's goal.
