The Bruins announced today that Bruins forward Nathan Horton will miss the 2012 Stanley Cup Playoffs due to a concussion. This really isn't surprising news but it's sad news for Bruins fans. Horton hasn't played a game since the game where he sustained the concussion, on January 22nd against the Flyers from a Tom Sestito blindside hit. It was Horton's second concussion in less than seven months. We hope Horton can get healthy and live his life without issues and put hockey second as we all now know what concussions can do. We'll miss you Horton but take care of yourself first.
