Adam McQuaid out 3-4 weeks

Bruins GM Peter Chiarelli announced that defenseman Adam McQuaid will be out 3-4 weeks with a shoulder strain. He injured his should in the first period of the Bruins-Jets game when he was hit by Eric Tangradi and fell awkwardly into the boards.

Look for defenseman Aaron Johnson to take McQuaid's spot in the lineup until he can return.
