Bruins beat Panthers to end losing streak

The Bruins ended their 4-game losing streak on Sunday by shutting out the Florida Panthers 3-0. The best part of today was after the game where the Bruins players gave their jerseys off their backs to the first responders from the Boston Marathon tragedy.

The Bruins led the game in shots 39-28, hits 33-20 and faceoff wins 27-21. The Panthers led the game in blocked shots 12-11. Both teams went 0-for-2 on the power-play.

Nathan Horton and Adam McQuaid were both out of the lineup due to injuries sustained from the game vs Pittsburgh. Milan Lucic and Wade Redden were in the lineup to replace Horton and McQuaid.
