Player notes
After the game we found out about what Patrice Bergeron was playing through and it wasn't pretty. Bergeron had a cracked rib and torn rib cartilage before game 6, and during game 6 he got a separated shoulder. Playing through all of that is what tough is, that's Bergeron right there. He is just amazing.
Bruins coach Claude Julien also said that Zdeno Chara was not 100% but didn't give any details. It was no surprise to hear that as you could tell by Chara's play that he wasn't 100%.
Jaromir Jagr only played 6:27 in Game 6 as he wasn't the same after taking a hit in the first period.

Bruins GM Peter Chiarelli has a lot of decisions to make before next season. The Bruins have unrestricted free agents and restricted free agents.
