Suspensions upcoming from Bruins-Canadiens game?

Saturday night there were two incidents by Montreal Canadiens players that should draw the NHL's attention, especially the player safety department. These two incidents definitely do not give the NHL a good look and they also disregard player safety completely.

First we have Montreal's Andrei Markov who got so upset about Bruins Colin Miller embellishing/diving a trip (something that Markov himself is well known for and an expert at), that he shot the puck at/in the direction of the Bruins bench on purpose. I don't know if Markov hit anyone on the bench but should that matter? Will the NHL punish Markov for this? Since apparently no one was hurt from the shot, will Markov not get a suspension? If he doesn't get punished in some way, then this is basically the NHL saying that it's ok to shoot pucks at players or benches if it doesn't hit or hurt anyone.

The second incident we have is Montreal's Nathan Beaulieu butt-ending/elbowing Bruins Zac Rinaldo in the head at the end of the game as Rinaldo was coming in for a check behind the Montreal goalie. Maybe Beaulieu was trying to protect himself there but he still hit someone in the head. If the NHL doesn't punish Beaulieu then they're saying a hit to the head is ok if you're trying to protect yourself. I don't like Rinaldo myself but hitting someone in the head I thought was a no-no.
