On Wednesday, the NHL trade deadline, the Bruins made one move, acquiring Winnipeg Jets forward Drew Stafford for a conditional 6th-round pick in the 2018 NHL Entry Draft. Stafford is 31 years old, in his 11th NHL season and has been known to be somewhat of a Bruins nemesis where he always seemed to score against the Bruins during his days with the Buffalo Sabres. This season with the Jets, Stafford has played in 40 games, scored 4 goals and recorded 9 assists for 13 total points. For his NHL career, he has played in 707 games, has 179 goals and 392 points.
