Bruce Cassidy named head coach of Bruins

On Wednesday the Bruins announced that Bruce Cassidy has been named the head coach of the Boston Bruins (the 28th head coach in Bruins history).

This past season, Cassidy led the Bruins to a 18-8-1 record, making the playoffs but getting beat in the first round. It will be interesting to see what Cassidy can do with this Bruins team with a full season.
