Bruins sign Wiley Sherman to 2-year contract

The Bruins announced today that they have signed defenseman Wiley Sherman to a 2-year entry-level contract, starting with the 2018-19 season. Sherman will join the Providence Bruins (AHL) on an "Amateur Tryout Agreement" for the remainder of this season.

Sherman is a 6'7" 220-pound defenseman and a native of Greenwich, Connecticut. He was drafted by the Bruins in the fifth round (150th overall) in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft.
